Client: Wake The Tiger, Absurd City

Location: Tour to Westfield White City

Role: PM, Supply, Content & Delivery

Partnered With: Wake The Tiger

Video Illusions was chosen to deliver a creative brand activation designed to generate excitement, public engagement and ticket sales.

Our team provided end-to-end project management, supplying our iconic 1960s Routemaster bus, fully vinyl wrapped and fitted with LED window screens displaying dynamic campaign content and our 20ft full side-opening activation container, complete with integrated LED screens.

The Routemaster travelled from East to West London, passing numerous iconic landmarks before arriving at Westfield White City. Its striking branding and rolling LED content attracted attention, encouraged public interaction and created highly shareable moments.

We also coordinated a multi-camera content team to capture the activation. Footage was edited immediately, enabling Wake The Tiger to publish engaging social-first content while the campaign was still live.

Projects like this demonstrate the value of combining creative thinking with technical delivery.

“From the minute Video Illusions and Wake The Tiger worked together, they made everything easy, even when it was far from it. With creative and innovative thinking, they took the burden of logistics and admin away from us. The impact and output far exceeded our expectations and I’d highly recommend giving them any challenge, because the team will certainly be hungry for it!”
