Video Illusions Ltd

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Video Illusions Ltd.
“Client” refers to the individual or organisation engaging our services.
“Services” include video production, event production, and studio hire.

2. Services

We provide:

• Corporate and commercial video production

• Event filming and production

• Full event production services

• Studio hire services

All services are subject to written quotation and agreement.

3. Quotations and Booking

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A booking is only confirmed upon written acceptance of the quote and receipt of the required deposit.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• A 75% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.

• The remaining 25% balance is due within 14 days of final invoice (or prior to final delivery, whichever is sooner).

• No final deliverables will be released until full payment has been received.

• Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, plus recovery costs.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation by Client:

• The 75% deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellation within 14 days of a scheduled production or studio booking may result in 100% of the total project fee being payable.

• Any third-party costs already incurred are payable in full.

Cancellation by Company:

We reserve the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure). Liability shall be limited to refund of payments received.

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights remain with Video Illusions Ltd until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes.

• We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Obtain necessary permissions, releases, and licences

• Ensure location permissions are secured

• Provide safe working conditions

• Provide accurate information and materials

• Ensure appropriate event insurance where required

8. Studio Hire Terms

   
   

• Studio users must comply with all health and safety regulations.

• Any damage to studio premises or equipment will be charged to the Client.

• The studio must be vacated at the agreed time unless an extension is confirmed.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage during hire.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value.

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. . Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
